INCATech Receives Small, Woman-Owned, and Minority-Owned (SWaM) "Back to Business" Innovation Award
As a 100% services business, we modified our policies/procedures, and delivery mechanisms to account for the massive disruption to American business, especially small businesses that COVID caused. Naturally, we had to recognize that COVID not only impacted our business, but also the lives and business operations of all our customers. Our innovation goals during this time were to adopt the customer’s mission as our own and offer them a maximum level of flexibility in finding creative ways to effectively sustain and support their mission. We increased our investment in Research & Development to create demonstratable solutions to the challenges and problems our government’s customers are facing. Over the last two years we have added services to better help our customers meet their challenges. We have also grown from 3 technical practice areas to 5 adding Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Acquisition & Financial Services (AFS) to our existing practice areas of Geospatial Information System (GIS), Cloud & Platform Services (CPS), and User Centered Design (UCD)…..
