Making a Difference in Our Community
December 2024
We are finishing off the final quarter of the year with our inaugural INCATech Cares event, dedicated to supporting families through Northern Virginia Family Service. Created to empower individuals and families to improve their quality of life, and to promote community cooperation and support in responding to family needs. By giving this year, we hope to help alleviate some of the financial stress and instead allow them to focus on celebrating and creating memories with their families. We hope to bring the joy of the holidays to children and families in Northern Virginia.

For our fall INCATech Cares event INCATech supported the Alzheimer's Association. At INCATech we are committed to making a difference in our community as a whole. Whether giving our time, capital, or resources, we believe each of us can provide assistance through our core values; Integrity, Performance, and Value. Alzheimer's isn't stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, we raised funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer's Association® to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
February - March 2024
The first INCATech Cares event of 2024 was supporting Any Soldier, Inc. Any Soldier Inc. started in August 2003 as a simple family effort to help the soldiers in one Army unit: thus, their name. Due to overwhelming requests the Any Soldier® effort was expanded to include any deployed member of the U.S. Armed Forces. Thanks to the collective efforts of everyone at INCATech, we were able to amass a significant volume of donations to send to our soldiers. Among the items included in our care packages were canned and microwavable foods, snacks, entertainment such as crossword puzzles, books, and toiletries.
April - May 2024
INCATech’s 2nd Quarter CARES event we supported Women Giving Back (WGB). Women Giving Back, which began in 2007, is an organization that supports women and children in crisis on a first step to stability by providing quality clothing at no cost, assisted by a caring and committed community. They proudly watch as their clients persevere, thrive, increase their self-confidence, and enable themselves to improve their lives and achieve independence. Some of these women and children have escaped domestic abuse, with only clothing on their back. Others have fled sex-trafficking or been freed from incarceration. This increased self-esteem leads to an obvious resilience, poise, and pep in their steps
