Greta Colyer Named User-Centered Design Practice Lead at INCATech

INCATech Congratulates Greta Colyer, as she officially takes on the role as Practice Lead for our User-Centered Design (UCD) Practice Area. This is a rapidly expanding area for INCATech as federal agencies strive to come into compliance with the Executive Order on Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government. These federal initiatives are guided by OMB circular A11 section 280, Managing Customer Experience (CX), and Improving Service Delivery.

User Centered Design serves to develop systems and experiences that increase service quality and value, are simple and easy to use, and embrace the principles of equity, inclusion, and transparency. “Service” is defined and inspired by customer perception. The manner in which those interactions are effectively coordinated, easy to navigate, and mitigate uncertainty, largely determines their satisfaction and trust.
