INCATech Cares

Making a Difference in Our Community

February - March 2024
The first INCATech Cares event of 2024 was supporting Any Soldier, Inc. Any Soldier Inc. started in August 2003 as a simple family effort to help the soldiers in one Army unit: thus, their name. Due to overwhelming requests the Any Soldier® effort was expanded to include any deployed member of the U.S. Armed Forces. Thanks to the collective efforts of everyone at INCATech, we were able to amass a significant volume of donations to send to our soldiers. Among the items included in our care packages were canned and microwavable foods, snacks, entertainment such as crossword puzzles, books, and toiletries.

INCATech started the year with our first INCATech Cares event by supporting Food for Neighbors program. Food for Neighbors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises awareness, mobilizes communities, and partners with local middle and high schools to connect vital resources with vulnerable, food insecure students. Today, with over 2,100 regular food donors and over 1,900 volunteers, they are helping students in 37 schools in Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties.
