Whether giving of our time, capital, or resources, we believe each of us can provide assistance through our core values: Integrity, Performance, and Value. On this page you can read about our current and previous efforts, and learn more about supported organizations.

July – August 2022: INCATech Cares program hosted a clothing drive for Women Giving Back (WGB). Our donation drive ran from July 6th – August 18th. We received plenty of donations from our team and are so grateful that we have a team filled with many who are equally as passionate about donating to a good cause! Women Giving Back (WGB) is a non-profit organization that had its start in 2007. A core group of sales and marketing professional women from the homebuilding industry formed Women Giving Back (WGB); After recognizing that access to free quality clothing was a barrier to many homeless women and their children while living in the local shelters.

February 2022: INCATech participated in an emergency food program called Food for Others. Food for Others is a part of Northern Virginia's safety net for food when an emergency strikes, and for the number of working poor who are unable to make ends meet and need to supplement their inadequate food supplies. Food for Others is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) food bank and food rescue operation, working to help those in Northern Virginia who are food insecure. We were glad to help and support this organization by doing a food drive and filling box with non-perishable foods that they were in serious need of.

November – December 2021: INCATech hosted a toy drive for the Children's National Hospital. Serving the nation’s children for more than 150 years, Children’s National Hospital has been an innovator in pediatric health care around the nation and around the world. Children's National was one of the nation's first children's hospitals, opening in 1870 and growing from a modest 12-bed facility to a 323-bed facility that performs more than 17,000 surgeries and conducts more than 669,000 outpatient visits in more than 60 specialties each year. Formerly referred to as D.C. Children's Hospital, Children's National is the only exclusive provider of pediatric care in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. INCATech and those that generous donated gathered an estimated $2,000.00 worth of toys.
