Jesse Osborne Prior to joining the INCATech team, Jesse had earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Science and a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Since then, Jesse has served in a number of roles ranging from research scientist, project manager, lead classroom instructor, geospatial-intelligence analyst, and web-applications developer throughout 17 different agencies & organizations in the federal government’s defense, scientific, intelligence, and law-enforcement communities. With a vast set of skills spanning the disciplines of remote sensing science, geographic science, computer science, statistics and data science, Jesse has a proven record of conceptualizing and executing lasting solutions to our nation’s most critical problems and has garnered success by being a diligent and self-motivated team leader.
