Wayne Staub is the Vice President of Financial Operations for INCATech, LLC and is responsible to manage financial aspects of enterprises to include financial planning and analysis, cash management, budgeting, contract management and accounting.
Staub is a results-oriented, visionary leader with a strong track record of developing and maintaining corporate budgets, directing corporate agreements, and overseeing contracts. He serves on the executive leadership team and ensures the financial health of the firm.
Prior to joining INCATech, Wayne served as Vice President of Contracts and Accounting for a government contracting company in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He remains professionally active and has served on various financial systems implementation panels. He has also led several Request for Proposal initiatives that led to successful contract wins.
Mr. Staub received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He is a frequent presenter at a local institution where he serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors.
